Verde Tech staff recently attended the AVID Summer Institute in San Diego, CA. It was a great opportunity to connect with other educators and bring back new ideas to support our students and school community.

Verde Tech High wrapped up the year with a field trip to Crema Craft Kitchen! ☕🥐 Students and staff shared laughs, stories, and some seriously delicious pastries and coffee as we celebrated a fantastic year together. See you next year! 💚

🎢🌞 Verde Tech End-of-Year Celebration at Castles & Coasters! 🎉🍦 To wrap up an amazing year, the Verde Tech crew hit the rides and soaked up the sun at Castles & Coasters! It was a day full of rollercoasters, arcade games, mini golf, and of course, refreshing ice cream to keep us cool. 🎮⛳🍨 One of the highlights? Mrs. Romero jumped in on the fun and took a few laps around the go-kart track in the Dr. Pepper cart! 🏎️💨 Thank you to everyone who helped make this year a success — we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate. Partnering with a Friends of the Verde River scientist, Verde Tech students collected water samples from the Verde River right next to the Farm at Bent River. Their mission? To help monitor the health and quality of our local watershed. 🌿💧 We’re so proud of their teamwork and dedication to protecting the beautiful river that runs through our backyard!

🌱 Today at Verde Tech High School, we had the pleasure of hosting 8th grade students from CCS, DDB, MVP, and OCS for 8th Grade Day! 🎉 Students explored our campus, met future teachers and classmates, and enjoyed a fun and educational visit to Bent River Farm. We can’t wait to see some of these faces again next year!
